Cancelling or changing your order
Sometimes mistakes are made. We've all done it. If you've just placed a new order with us, changed your mind and now wish to cancel the order please message us immediately via our contact us page. Please include the order number in your message so that we can cancel the order and refund your payment straight away. Simple as that.
Our Returns Policy
At Fancy Dress Queen we do our very best to make sure that you receive the very best quality fancy dress costumes and accessories, but mistakes happen and sometimes you might change your mind, the costume doesn't fit or it's just not what you wanted. If that's the case, please don't worry as we operate a 30 day returns policy.

How to return your order - Refund or Exchanges
If you're either not happy with your order, it doesn't fit or you've just changed your mind please send us a message via the contact us page and include the following:
- Your order number
- The reason you'd like to return the order
- Tell us if you'd like to return the order for a refund or exchange.
Once you've sent this information please return the order to:

Please include a note with the return stating all of the above information, which we'll need to process your refund or exchange.
We require all items to be returned to us unused and in the original packaging. All items are checked before we process any refunds and we'll message you if any issues are identified.
All return postage costs must be paid for by the buyer and we would highly recommend that returns are sent to us using a tracked service so that we can locate it in the event it's not received by us.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 1-2 days of the order arriving back to us. We do our best to resolve all returns or exchange within 24 hours, but that sometimes isn't possible.
Returning your order from outside of the UK
We accept returns from all buyers outside of the UK as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please follow the same instructions above.
It's very important that you write on the customs label that the item is a return so that we don't incur customs fees. If any customs fees are charged they will be deducted from your refund.
